HI Ian,

I thought I would let you know   the outcome of this – my apologies I just keep forgetting to email you. Weber don’t warrant the knobs  for our BBQ but they do sell replacement ones- so I have a pack of 2 coming from Adelaide – $24.60 – free postage and they are also throwing in a replacement ignition switch too. Thank you for going above and beyond and getting all this information to us to resolve this- it is much appreciated – no one gives service like this anymore.

Hi Ian – Thanks again for the brilliant job you did on cleaning my BBQ yesterday. The BBQ was a birthday present given to me 10 years ago in NZ and I cleaned it when we moved back to Perth in 1998. Hadn’t been cleaned since,  until you worked your magic yesterday!!!
